I\'m trying my best to contact anyone at Toys-R-Us who can help me, but after waiting on the Toys-R-Us help line for over 20 minutes on 3 separate occasions, I\'ve resorted to contacting you directly (sorry). Long story short, I ordered a $45 Nerf gun for my son for Christmas (the #1 item on his list), and I received an $8 Nerf gun w/ targets... not at ALL what I ordered... Packing slip reflects what I ordered, but that is not what was shipped. I\'ve sent the item back, but need to contact someone, ANYONE... to see if they can go ahead and ship the REAL item. I have all the information they need (order 9620150152507006 is the barcode on receipt), I just can\'t contact anyone, and, as you can imagine, I desperately want Santa to deliver this ONE item for my son!
