Imagine my shock and disappointment when my Christmas gift for my 4 year old daughter, arrived today without being packaged in a box. No brown box, no plastic wrapping-just the exposed present with a shipping label stuck on it. What complete ignorance in your packaging department. How about they now come up with an idea of how to undo the spoiled surprise for her? Does no one oversee this? It\'s CHRISTMAS! No parent wants packages and toys to just be delivered with no outside box so the kids have access to the toy inside. in the 35 years Ive been a parent, foster parent and adoptive parent, Ive never seen a toy be delivered like this. Very very disappointing and please fix so other parents don\'t have the same situation. Took a photo I will be posting to Facebook.
