I have tried to purchase an item from Toys R Us since 12.11.15 and have yet to have a successful purchase (to have shipped to my friend) as all of my attempts whether in-store, phone or online they all get cancelled for some bizarre reason that the CSR\'s want to blame it on the banks. All of the banks confirm there is nothing wrong with our accounts and yet we still cannot get our order but I have been charged for it 5 times.
I have called numerous times to customer service and keep getting the same run around and results for my order being cancelled. This is my worst shopping experience ever, I bring this to your attention as I am sure you cannot correct this issue if you are unaware of it, seeing all of the online posts via Facebook, twitter, BBB to name a few I think this is a known issue.
I am all about giving businesses a chance to correct the issues, own up to it and make compensation for those affected prior to not doing business with them again. I would like to resolve this issue.
