Mr Brandon- I have been a loyal toys r us customer for many years. I have never had a problem with the stores or my online shopping-until now. i went online to see what I was going to purchase on "black Friday" as I always do. I was very happy to find that you were allowing "rewards" customers to pre shop. I tried to do that online and ended up "online chatting" (with Roger S) because what i wanted to order was not in stock. He suggested i call the 800 number, I spoke to Anthony who told me the 1st item I wanted was only available at the store, and not for black Friday. even though it was in the black Friday flyer. He told me that he couldn\'t add an item from a store and suggested i call a store to find my item. I called back to the 800 number with different items and spoke to Nick. He went through all 6 items, took all my information and then told me that "none of them qualify for pre black Friday sales". I then spoke to Paula (a supervisor) that told me I could always contact your customer service (I thought that was what the 800 number was for...) and there is no place on your website to just send an email to customer service. I have spent at least a few hours trying to purchase 6 items that has never taken me more than a few minutes in the past. I am so frustrated and disappointed right now and thought you should know- or at least somebody should know.
