David Brandon – So this Christmas I was very upset, I go to Toys "R" Us in

Curtis A Brown sent a message to David Brandon that said:

So this Christmas I was very upset, I go to Toys "R" Us in Roanoke and buy the Simpsons Lego house for my son, spent a lot of money well over $200 he opened it up on Christmas morning and half of it has been put together and the other pieces are in Ziploc bags, it\'s obvious someone had returned it to the store and they didn\'t even check it out, they put a piece of tape on it and placed it back on the shelf and sold it as new! To think that this was returned item and it was placed back on the shelf is crazy. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back to Roanoke Va day after Christmas and stand in line. I have photos taken Christmas morning. I am a police Detective for the Christiansburg Police Department and Understand accidents happen but they s was really bad I have always loved shopping at your store for years. So disappointed. My phone number is (540)818-5789.
So we were at Toys r Us as the doors opened. As I went in I asked to speak with a manager. I showed him what happened. He asked for my ID. While the clerk refunded my money on my card, the manager went to his office. They were out of stock at Toys R Us. He came back and said there was no excuse for what happened and told me he had just ordered a new one shipped to my house at no cost from Target. Customer service lives at Toys R Us.
