This past Saturday I ordered a Little Tikes Trampoline for my daughters birthday. Ordered it over the phone process went well. 1 day later I looked at my bank account and it was in the negative. So I looked further into it and found that I was charged 4 times for the trampoline. The full purchase price was $307.28. I was charged 4 times that came out to $1,035.00. This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to feed my family when I dont have any money. Toys R Us you put me in a bind having to borrow money just to stay a float until this issue is resolved. Im very upset about this. I missed a day of work becuse I didnt have the money to put gas in my car. But today really done it in for me when I received a email saying it had shipped what pissed me off was I paid for expedited shipping so it could be here this week before my daughter\'s party and it wont be here until Aug 8th. That just broke my heart because my daughters present wouldnt be here and she knows what she was getting. So we just cancelled the party. Thanks for taking all my money and screwing up my daughter\'s birthday plans. The BBB will hear about this and maybe a local news channel in Nashville. The sad thing is I have talked to customer service and no one seemed like they cared at all.
