I have been trying since April 26, 2016 to access my late husbands 401K (RAI) acct. held by Fidelity. I have been blocked out of this acct and have had dealings with many, many inept people. Before I go to the SEC
I would like to deal within Fidelity. The work order number ends in May 4 2016. I have been dealing with a woman whose name is Amanda Jackson. She calls and gives me updates, but she seems to be getting nowhere with all the bureaucracy! Please advise as my patience has run out, after waiting one month!
