Dear administrator of Nissan company! Excuse me for disturbing you. I'm Shafa - the habitant of Baku city of Azerbaijan Republic. Dear administrator! I have recently bought "Nissan Juke " automobile produced by your company. But the brace of the car is wrong. I showed the car for the control to Nurgun motors, which is the official distributor of the company in Azerbaijan. When they controlled it they came to the conclusion that the disorder belongs to Japan not to the company. When I asked to change or substitute the brake, they didn't pay heed to my request. And this manner discredits your company's prestige. hope you will help me in protection of my rights (please, help me change or substitute the detail) I must notice that there is no problem in monthly payment of the car.
