I wanted to bring your creative attention to a possible acquisition in the specific field of fuel cell deployment. The name of the company is one you most certainly are aware of: Plug Power, of Latham, NY, USA. Having a working relationship with their forklift GenDrive units being offered in your subsidiaries: Raymond Co. Toyota Co divisions which manufacture forklifts automated drive units in factories such as Toyota BMW.
Plug Power has , in the last two to three years completely turned the company around with major alliances withe the top Fortune 100 companies in the USA Europe. Needless to say with economies of scale vast technical patented improvements in manufacture field application, Plug Power has turned the corner on losses closing in on break even accounts with an very bright future of profitability within their sights.
As you may be aware the company has a series of cost effective sales advantages using the hydrogen fuel cell units that vastly improve the efficiency ROI these mid large sized distribution warehouses across the US Europe (beginnings) demand.
