I bought the PS4 to my son the last week of December 2015, and was waiting for u game hits the Internet, when this game came we saw that the console does not recognize the physical media, was where we contact the customer service of Sony protocol.
I was well attended, but was not sent to my house packing for the collection of the console as promised during service. ( 5 WORK DAYS ).
Always trusted the brand, ask as a favor for that solve this issue because my son is very sad because the console does not work.
I hope not to lose confidence that I acquired all these years by the brand.
