Dear Antonio Urcelay, I am writing to inform you of an unpleasant – Antonio Urcelay email address

Chris sent a message to Antonio Urcelay Chairman and CEO, Toys R Us, Inc. that said:

Dear Antonio Urcelay, I am writing to inform you of an unpleasant experience that I had with Babies R Us. Thanksgiving weekend I ordered a crib for my son and daughterinlaw. There apparently was a coupon code for 15%off. I was unaware of the code until after I ordered the crib. I tried to call customer service and could not talk to a person and had no way to update my order. The crib was $699.00. The other grandparents bought the dresser at a cost of $699.00 and was able to use the code for the discount. I called the Monroeville Pennsylvania store and was told that when I come to pick the crib up they would take care of it. When I arrived at the store I was told because I bought the crib online they couldnt change anything but would call the online customer service and they would be able to pricematch the item. I was in the store for over an hour. The online person didnt know how to handle the situation. After much waiting he said he was able to do the pricematch and my credit card would be refunded the 15% difference which amounted to approx $105.00. My credit card has never been updated...I received no refund. My son and daughterinlaw have their baby registry with Babies R Us and quite a bit of money has been spent. I am hoping you will understand my frustration. I would like to continue being a loyal Toys R Us and Babies R Us customer. Sincerely, Chris
