Dear Bruce, I was a little frustrated and unhappy with the service I received from – Saun Bruce W Van email address

Ed Dalton sent a message to Saun Bruce W Van Chief Executive Officer, Citizens Bank RBS Citizens Email Address that said:

Dear Bruce, I was a little frustrated and unhappy with the service I received from you bank regarding a Parent plus student load refinance. I have been a member of your bank for probably 20 years. I was under the impression listening to your adds that the bank wanted to help people refinance higher student loans. I applied and was denied. I was told to apply again with a cosigner which I did. My son was the co signer seeing as it is his student loans. again I was denied because of debt to income ratio low . I was able to show $142,000.00 combined income with him only working 6 months. That will increase to $166,000.00 with a full year However my son has made 3 payments on time and we still cant get the loan refinanced. I was told to apply for a third time. Im sorry but I will not spend another 2 months calling and sending everything that was asked of us including income verification, tax returns etc. it is unfortunate that I was unable to do business with the bank, because as I said Ive been with Citizens Bank for 20 years. it now appears to me that the bank has no interest in helping loyal customers. Apparently I need to take my business elsewhere. Any thoughts from you would greatly be appreciated. I find it hard to believe making payments on time doesnt; count for something. Thank you Ed Dalton
