Hope you are doing well, first I would like to extend my thanks to you and to your team but not all of them,
I was having a Toyota car for 8 years, then I have changed to Nissan when your company start to reshape the models and gives more luxury inside and outside the car so I bought the Nissan patrol Platinum 2014, and since that day till today I am suffering with my car every time and also suffering with our service center, I am facing an AC issue all the time and they are telling me we fix and we change the Gas and we clean but unfortunately the issue is reaming same with all services it’s not related to the temperature only also I am hearing sounds in AC dashboard and as per the service agents they have change the part but still the sound is there, another issue is with door handle is fall by itself I was feeling that I am driving Mr.Ben car !!! so many issues shows that the quality for my car is not following the standard class.
I don’t think that you are happy to see the type of quality in your car and in you company !! me tow I don’t like to be in this situation every time dropping my car to our service center and seating without car for a days and all this for nothing
This is not Nissan quality, I don’t to broadcast all this things to all social media before talking to you
I will tell you the truth I loved my car before but now I don’t want it and you can send anyone from you company to take it for free since I am paying a lot for fixing the issues
