Dear CEO,
As a customer, I would like to say Im very disappointed with IKEA - Alfragide Portugal. Your company should have delivered my furniture this afternoon from 14:00 to 18:00. However, they never arrived and IKEA did not have the decency to let me know.
I spent the whole afternoon waiting and just found out the products would not be delivered after 18:30 because I called your comany.
So, I have to stay longer without furniture with no place to seat, have dinner, etc.
Thank you very much for standing me up. Its good to know IKEA is not reliable.
