Magee sent a message to Kevin Mansell - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl's Corporation - Email Address that said:
Dear CEO
I am a customer of Kohl's who is so mad I could spit. I feel you and your company have a lot of work to do. After talking to a lawyer who you may be hearing from because of the lack of customer service. I tried to pay my bill in one of your stores and your so called customer service center had no time to take my money, this happened twice to me, so of course it went to collections and is more than twice the amount of my purchase. I have tried emailing to which someone sent me a letter saying someone would get back to me well that was in November. Is this the way your company makes your money. I have, along with many friends and family have stop shopping at your store. I really hope you get back to me and explain why you all do this.
