Dear CEO,
I am sending this mail to you with lot of frustration.
My vehicle has meet with an major accident 3 months back. However on the major accident air bag hasn't worked due to which my father had an major head injury and we have an major financial loss due to his health condition. if air bag has worked my father wouldn't have had the head injury and he wouldnt have had business loss(4 lakh for his health and 6 lakhs loss from business).
I am from India - Chennai.
I am very unhappy with the way Toyota had address my issue and I am hearing evasive answer from Prakash who is from your banglore office.
Request your support in helping the car to be repaired at Toyotas cost. Currently they are penalizing me with a repairing cost of 6.50 lakh where as with air bag not operating properly I have suffered 10 lakh loss.
