Dear CEO, I truly hope that you will read my email/message. I am a some – Lee KunHee email address

Manraj sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Dear CEO, I truly hope that you will read my email/message. I am a some sort of a fan of Samsung products and trust its quality and RD involved in producing new mobile devices. 10 days ago I purchased the Samsung Tab S2 8.0 from a Harvey Norman store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sadly at my first game being played on my new Tab, I was shocked to realise that my hand covers one of the tab's speakers. My question is how could Samsung release the Tab S2 without conducting user tests and basically common sense. I bet that Samsung spent millions to produce this new product but then why are the speakers placed at the worst possible spot on the tablet. Now I am unsure anymore about purchasing anymore Samsung products as my confidence has been crushed. I am sure that I'm not the only one who is extremely disappointed. I strongly advise you Sir, to call for a product recall and relocate the speakers on all Tab S2. This is the only way to gain our confidence back. Thank you Sir.
