Dear CEO. I wrote earlier but I do not know whether you receive it. On 27.11.15 my Mio connection was down. Not the first time. Can check my records . I don't have such problems with StarHub for the last 3yrs. The next day still no receptions. My call was answered by Ms Shi Qin. I told her I am 67yrs? I am tired every time asking me to pull this and plug that for 30 mins before I get back receptions. Nevertheless went thru but to no avail. She said she will send a technician but will take 5 days. Ridiculous. 5 days no Mio and is this the service standards of Mio. She said she will help me to escalate to 4 days. I said you are an employee of SingTel and you are helping me from 5 days to 4 days. Ridiculous. I don't need your help.
Next day I called a private technicians and get it done. I don't have time to write to you? But as I am writing my Mio reception is down from yesterday's afternoon.
