Dear ceo of charter. I have paid my cable bundle deal. I still have yet to receive a install. It's been over a month. I know you should not charge someone for services that you wont deliver. How is this fair to me in any way shape or form? Yes I have talked with the customer service in my area but they seem to be failing at there job. Is there any way I can talk you into fixing this issue for me? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
