Süleyman sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Dear Ceo of Samsung,
I have a cell phone ( Samsung Note 4 ) , but this phone is very problem for me. Relying I bought a Samsung phone,it brought me quite a deal.
First I went to it Samsung Turkey authorized service for network problem. Then authorized service repaired it but It showed the same problem again. Today I gave back service. But authorized service does not serve as befits Samsung.
Samsung sales figures in Turkey is resisting to get a refund and keep the product in order to draw high-profile success or modify.
This situation is very bad for Samsung's market in Turkey. Because I swore never again to take the samsung.
I hope this situation improves.
