tilok sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:
dear ceo sir.. im in electronics fld from last 30 years.. i sell spare parts in electronics + sonys products.. like dvd,flashdrive,heard disk,memory card etc.
every item of sony is much better then we accept
i always sugest people that buy sonys produst witch are brilliunt, specially sonys LED TELIVISION
but here is a problem issuing in sonys led tv, specially leds panel
i also brought a sonys 50" led tv witch had a panel problem with in a few months of buying
i did cmplnt in sony service center.
there charges are like half of the led tvs rate
its not only my problem but there is a lot of people who are facing this problem
please mr. ceo give me any answer that what should we do for thease all led tvs witch have foult in cerciut or panel
and yup... in future do somthing better in your sony compentys led tv and its panel for great result.. or people will quit the game of buying sonys led tv.. its harmfull also for sonys reputation
