Dear CEO,
I am writing to you as I am VERY upset about an experience I had a week ago at one of your Kohl's Stores 3/4/16 Mt Pleasant Michigan).
My wallet was stolen from a cart in that store and from the moment I realized it I was treated like crap. The lady said she was a Manager and when I tried getting her to answer questions or HELP me she just kept saying she didn't know what to do. I want to be contacted by YOU or someone right under YOU to discuss this matter.
