shilpi sent a message to Carlos Ghosn – Chairman and CEO, Renault – Email Address that said:
Dear Chairman Sir,
Cheating by Renault Dealer along with the Company Officials and no action has been taken against them by the Indian Renault Management even we have lodge the complaint at customer care at renault having complaint Therefore we want if RENAULT is committed to its customer then commitment given by the dealer at the time of booking of new vehicle shall be fulfilled which the dealer is denying and company sales persons are supporting the dealer.
Kindly look at the matter and do the needful as we want to buy the vehicle but because of wrong commitment and harassment by the dealer since last one month we are compel to write this letter to you as in Indian management nobody is able to resolve the problem.
If you are having the deciding power then kindly inquire about our case and take the right decision about harassment to us by Indian Renault Team.
