Mike sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:

Dear Daniel,

I beleive Paypal is actively engaged in fraudulent activity with merchants to steal money from their customers. Without authorization by myself, Paypal set up an automated payment process, to take funds from my checking account and provide them to a merchant. I requested these funds be returned, but you customers serivce has refused to correct this fraud. I'm asking you to step up and correct this issue immediately, so I do not need to seek legal action.
