I am getting in contact to solve my problem. I am trying to pay a bill (that have paypal as the only possibility to pay) for a week.
Everytime I try the system blocks my account. I know it is made for safety. But is it safety when who is trying to pay is me?
Your staff is great by the phone, but they just dont solve the problem.
So I ask your attention on that.
