Dear Donald,
I am very disappointed in the quality of service I am receiving from Republic Services. Two weeks ago the trash hauler emptied my garbage container and placed the container horizontally on the road. I called the office and filed a complain. No one returned my call.
Yesterday, January 29, a bag of my trash fell on the road as it was being lowered back to its upright position. I called the office 3 times yesterday and each time I was told someone will return to collect it. Today, January 30, it is still on the road.
The customer service provides false hope to customers. They are not honest.
As stated above I am very disappointed in the quality of service.
