With this experience, I want to offer you to extend your activity in my city and my region of Ukraine in the form of open educational and scientific and industrial resources. Donbass region of Ukraine as an intellectual, and its center in the city of Kramatorsk need a fundamentally new scientific and educational institutions - the International University Continuing Education. This university will be an entirely new, having university values, the center of production of intellectual, scientific, and industrial products. I ask you to consider the offer to become with me the founder of the International University of Continuing Education, which your resources are presented, along with the major universities of the world, the available resources for the implementation of the newly created continuing education programs during their lifetime.
