Thank you for the decision not to sell assault weapons in all of dicks sporting goods. Thank you for calling for outright bans on the weapons. This is certainly a first step.
I have not noticed that you were in your face about advertising these weapons in your weekly flyer but I know that Acadamy Sports often puts them in their sales flyer. I committed not to walk in their store after seeing their flyer several times.
I certainly hope they follow suite but for you to be the first one to step out and do this makes me appreciate you and your board of directors.
I can tell you that in Florence Alabama I and my friends will support your store and not Academy. Thank you again for taking this brave step!!!!!
