Dear GCEO Ms Chua
Yesterday I had a rude shock when I received a sms informing me that I have exceeded my data plan - which WAS 12gb.
My 70 yrs old father had stepped into Singtel in May last month and decided to get a new hp under some promotion. Singtel should have advised my father that the line is a heavy data plan user and on the average, I used up to 7gb per month (the information was told to me by your staff today that my average usage per month is 6-7gb).
Filled with total disgust and anger, my monthly payment of $50 for 12gb plan was abolished just like that....
Dear Ms Chua, I would like to meet you personally to address this. I am vvvvvvvvvvvvvery disappointed and want my plan to be restored.
Singtel staff should have acted wisely and tell the elderly man of his foolish decision which have big impact on my worklife and personal life. For the whole of today, I dare not google, read and write my email etc etc etc etc
