Dear Glenn,
I just wanted to let you know that I have been with your company for 5 years. I have been a loyal customer and always paid on time. No accidents. I received a traffic ticket in August for a headlight from the small town cops next door to my town who always sit on the edge of my city where residents of my community have to drive through. They are always sitting there looking for people to ticket from Simpsonville because Fountain Inn is too small and low-income to make enough money on their own budget. That cop would not even give me a warning. He gave me a $237 ticket for a headlight. And now because of that, my premium just went up by $13/month. This is ridiculous. I am a single mom on a very tight budget in between jobs and about to lose my house. I called to get them to lower my premium but they said there was nothing they could do. I told them fine, if they do not lower my premium, I am leaving. I will go to another company. And that is exactly what I will do. This is your last chance to keep me as a customer. Either lower my premium or I am gone.
