Just lately I wrote, via e-mailed you or your staff for help in getting me get a paper monthly statement mailed to me on account 3209. Thank you. I now receive monthly paper statements.
But in doing so my paper monthly statements on my other accounts x5588, x2820, x8483 have stopped.!!!
I believe this has to do with your program that once linked all my accounts on to one monthly statement. I had that changed back to individual statements, and this problem started This occurring at the same time and makes sense that I only receive only one account statement, but leaves out the fact that I have multiple accounts.
