Dear Jack,
I cannot thank you enough for the opportunities this company has provided me. Working here for the last five years has been incredibly instrumental in my personal growth, and I will never forget the colleagues and friends I have made here.
I will miss both the customers and the company alike very much. specially you are a very wonderful person to talk to work with. I attached three letters on the bottom of this e-mail please if you have time, read this letters so you can have an idea that why I am leaving, believe me I dont want to leave this company .
My efforts to make appliance department successful is established. I believe I can also take this department way beyond .you can just look at my IST last three months it would explain you everything .after I gave my leaving notice Mrs. Lisa came to me and explained I miss understood her, I appreciated that, but at end she said, it shouldn't be the reason to that, and she dont has anything to say about my decision .so basically she thinks I should leave .
this situation reminds me three years ago for personal reason I had to leave best buy, and I worked for HH GREGG after I worked there three months Jerry Knight our department manager called me, and requested me to come here at best buy and work for him .he was very wonderful person for work with so I came back best buy, but when I gave HH Gregg two weeks notice, both managers, store manager Hansman and department manage Vradenbourge came to me, took me to the office and asked me why I am leaving .what they can do to make me stay, and work for them, they offered me some benefits but I rejected politely, and finally they said our door is always open for you, if you feel like you wants to come back let us know .
I was so surprised only for three months working for them, they treated me like that and I worked here for five years and they are happy that I am leaving, it broke my heart so bad that I am writing you this letter. I asked Tripp if he let me work for him at the end of December, he did not say anything yet .
I just want to see you before I leave best buy, just let me know when you would be here ,even I am off, I will come to see you shake hands with you and say good buy. I will miss you a lot even though we did not talk that much, but still I have your e-mail that I saved, you congratulated me personally when I went to achievers. Thanks Jack, you are so wonderful person.
I have a little request for you, just look at the store 340, so many hard working people are left and still they are leaving I can give you a long page of list, turn over rate is so high on this store,just investigate that, I am pretty much sure it will be more nicer place to work if you want. and if you want me to stay here I will stay, like our CEO Mr. Joly, I met him in achievers ,he personally shook my hand and ask me, Aziz where are you from ?I want you to go to your store and take the lead, show and help the others to come close to you . That was a wonderful advice for me, that inspired me a lot, there was no negativity on his words ,
when I came back to home, I get sick and I called in, and Mrs. Lisa wrote me up for that, but I was OK with that, because his inspirations was still on my heart. your e-mail to congratulate me is the same inspiration to me, I don't want to take more valuable time of yours . Thanks again ,
