Dear Kelly S. King,
I am a long time costumer of BBT for more than 11 years. I, my wife, and three children have numerous account including CD accounts of more than $200,000.00 with BBT. I have a joint accounts with my daughter who is a college student at VA Tech. I opened that account in 2005 and we did not have any inactivation fees until last year! We did not receive any notice regarding this monthly charge for a total of about $115.00. My daughter is very upset about this. I really appreciate it if you could arrange to refund her money.
