Dear Kevin I always enjoyed shopping at kohls. Very loyal customer. This morning I am disappointed. I place an order on line which somehow never got processed. I had to call kohls. For 2 hours I am still on phone waiting somebody will pick up. Really bad phone service really really disappointed.
