Dear Kevin Mansell,
I have placed two orders for a size 4T swimsuit for my granddaughter. Both orders have arrived with a size 2T ticketed as a 4T
I returned the first order to the store and they advised me to order the 4T swimsuit again. I did so at the store that day even though the price was $5.50 more. That order arrived today with the swimsuit having a 4T tag but the suit was a 2T. I call Rackel at the customer service number and she is reporting the problem but she advised me not to order the swimsuit again as I would just get another 2T. I find that very poor customer service.
