Keith Rinearson sent a message to Larry D. Young - President and Chief Executive Officer of Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. - Email Address that said:
Dear Larry Young,
On Feb 1st I discovered one of your Snapple-branded delivery truck on my front yard. I waited for them to approach me and apologize or at least explain themselves. They did neither and just left me with no contact info except for what I got off their truck.
Im very disappointed that a company like DrPepper, that I have spent most of my life buying their products, would think it is acceptable for their employees to come into a gated community and drive across yards and leave without an apology or contact information left.
As CEO you and your board of directors should be ashamed for allowing employees to disgrace the DrPepper and Snapple branding in this manner. Do you not have a code of conduct for your truck drivers? Is it standing policy to do these kind of hit and runs” with all your delivery trucks?
After many phone calls, I was able to file a complaint but have never received answers on how and why this happened.
