Dear Madam Chua
I've been a valued customer for a very long time, since it was known as Telecoms and have been loyal all this while. I have 3 telephone lines under my name and would like to inquire more about the benefits entitled to long-term customers.
Now that my contract with the telephone number has expired, I would like to know what other offers are available. I spoke to your supervisor Mr David Krishnan and he was only able to offer me a 2 year Caller ID at $5.00 per month. We have utilised and paid for this facility for years, so it is definitely not a benefit to us. He promised to look into this but have yet to come back to me. I called again and spoke to your customer service officer Mr Brown, hoping that he will address my issues but to no avail. Surely more discounts are available or at least a voucher to purchase a new phone like other mobile network operators give their valued customers.
I do hope you will be able to assist me as your customer service staff are unable to authorise any other discounts or benefits.
