Dear Madam, I am sorry to disturb you. But then no competent staff in Singtel – Chua Sock Koong email address

Dear Madam, I am sorry to disturb you. But then no competent staff in Singtel is able to solve my problem after almost a month.
On 26 Jan 2018, I signed up for fibre broadband service with singtel and was given a new telephone number for my land line. On 8 Feb 18, I arranged with Singtel shop to have my land line no: 65826011 to be ported from starhub to singtel to in order to retain my old telephone number. They said to wait for 7 working days for line to be effective, ie on 20 Feb 2018.
On 21 Feb 18, the phone line was still in engaged tone. I called Singtel and was told by a lady that all was well on her side she would let the next level handle the matter to wait for 2 working days. but the land line was still in engaged tone an was not useable.
2 working days over on 23 Feb 18, I called singtel and this time gentleman told me to wait for 2 working days in order to resolve the matter.
On 25 26 Feb 18, I email to Singtel was informed to wait for 3 working days. Until so many 2 and 3 working days my house phone is still not serviceable.
Madam, you are my only hope. with so many engineers and todays technology I am unable to use my telephone for almost one month. Seems like no one is competent enough to correct this minor fault? I was billed by Singtel for this un-serviceable line and had already paid the bill. Please let me know when i use my land line.
