Mah  sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel that said:

Dear Madam,
Letter of Complaint
I am one of your customer, during November, I signed up for SingTel, that time, you all were supposed to install my modem,home line, Mio TV, but you all did not come on the scheduled date, I had waited for very long and even taken an off leave that day. Now, there is another problem, the modem, home line and Mio tv were already installed, but for 3 months the bill had not been mailed to my home. I thought you all would mail the bail to me one day, but for 3 months, there are no bill mailed to my home. I called the customer service hotline to check what happen on Saturday, (30/1) and I managed to find out from one of your employee, Linda, she told me that we need to settle the bill for $200 plus and she said if we do not had the ability to settle the entire amount, we can pay by instalment. She also said that the bill was sent to the wrong address and not to my address, because she said one of the employee put the wrong address in the computer. I am upset and angry that Singtel, being such a big company, there are so many managers and employees, yet they can made such a big mistake. I am really upset that in one shot, I need to pay this $200+. I had been calling SingTel to talk about this matter, every of your employees are pushing the blame to each other and no one bother to call me back to settle this matter. Please call  soon. I would like to settle this matter soon and not just hearing sorry from you all. I am really upset with the service in SingTel. I request a reasonable answer from you all. Thank You.
