On 16th October IBM India visited for campus recruitment in G.L Bajaj Institute of technology and management. As i got a mail regarding this campus drive from my college in which the criteria was 65% OR 6.5cgpa . It was clearly mentioned that this mail was to be send only to those who are eligible to sit in the campus drive. I appeared for the aptitude conducted by IBM and out of 483 only 96 were short listed. After sleepless night to prepare for the aptitude i was happy that i cleared the aptitude everyone was congratulating me then there was document verification time,I entered the room IBM employee asked for my documents then she come up with the most heart breaking thing I have ever heard that you are not allowed to be part of IBM because your percentage is not 65 but i told them ok but i got a cgpa of 6.7 but they neglect this saying that your college has follow the criteria for percentage not cgpa .Mam i just dont want to beg for the job all i want to say that IBM aptitude is not cleared by everyone atleast please give me chance so that i can prove myself . Clearing aptitude is itself a tough task maybe i am good from those who have 80% but didnt cleared the aptitude.mam i just want to say that IBM is a dream company for me and after clearing the aptitude if i am not able to sit for the interviews i will be most disappointed person on the planet.mam you have the authority to something please i request you to look in the matter asap becase tommaorow is the inter view process
