I am going to be owner of car is in name of my Sister Sakshi , Renault Duster RXL model which is in process from :
Gen Next Motors Ltd
Patlipada, Near hdfc bank Ltd,
Ghodbunder Road,
the service provided from Renault is highly disappointed, No proper follow up no proper information from team, I am the one who call's them and ask status of my car process. Continuing delay and false promises from Renault I am sorry to say but this is going to be my first and last deal with Renault as far as my experience is concerned. And forget about referring someone I am just praying my process will get over soon and I loose the contact from Renault.
My Car downpayment was done, loan is done from bank, still continuing delay from the company and foremost no proper follow up. I am the one who calls them and asks for process reached where.
Customer support is an important aspect of business hope you guys understand this.
Don't consider this as complaining mail this is more as disappointment mail from a customer who stuck with Renault.
There is sort of delays from my end also regarding exchange of vehicle papers but on that front also apart from Mr. Anil who helped a lot no one else gave proper feedback regarding the process.
I regret choosing Renault for new car !!!!!
Just one advice dont also consider a customer as money thing try to make proper relationship with them, else they never come back.
