Dear Mary Barra, I have a situation concerning a local Chevrolet dealorship and have filed a complaint with GM and have been given the runaround in which my complaint had been closed 4 times without me being notified or given a chance to add information for GM to further investigate. my grandfather, my father and myself have been lifetime owners of Chevrolet and GM vehicles. Please Mrs. Barra I am not angry or mad at u or your company. I am simply asking u to assist me and take a closer look at my complaint and help me in any way that u can.
