Dear Matt - Hope, all is well your end. This is in reference to my Customer Service Request/ Warranty Reference Number 3074702.
For my background, I work as a Senior Director for one of worlds largest consultancy firms with over 350K employees and over 10 B USD in revenue.
For background of my issue, I purchased a new 2016 Harley Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle from my local dealer here in Portland (Paradise Harley Davidson). The tires on my motorcycle have lost half their tread in 1700 Miles of smooth, slow paced, single rider running.
I have contacted dealer multiple times to get my tires replaced under warranty as well as contacted HD customer service multiple times with no success and them relentlessly and without logic saying that tires have no manufacturing defect. Last I spoke to them week before last, I requested them to escalate to Senior Management at HD however I have not heard back from them. My kind request to you to kindly step in or instruct your management to help me with my warranty claim and get my tires replaced under warranty.
