Dear Mdm Chua,
On 19/10/16, I re-contracted my phone plan with Singtel ComCentre. I have been a loyal customer with SingTel for many years and was disappointed that I was being ‘punished’ on the extension of the contract with a newly-introduced $10 admin fee. Surely is not the money but the feeling of not being appreciated as a loyal customer is insulting.
Perhaps, in any other company, I would have receive a gift for my long term dedication.
