DAVID sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel – email address that said:
Dear Mdm,
I would like to high light this about our Singtel Bills.
We both (husband wife) received our Singtel mobile bill this month.It was shocked to see that,in
my Bill showed VIP Games charges $ 40 and
my wife bill showed Mojicom-M win 1.0-WON $32
When i called the given numbers and found out that they're the 3 rd party link with Singtel.
From Google indicated these two are the scams website.
How could it be happened Singtel link with scams website?
Does Singtel charging his loyal customers without any prior notifications?
I find this is very bad reputation for the Singtel.
How many customers like me have been paying theirs bill without knowing what they are paying for?
Both of us were middle age and never even play or download a game.
Third party charges shouldn't appear in Singtel Bill unless Singtel allowed them to do so.
