Dear Meg Whitman, I presently manage the IT infrastructure for a company named Everett Collection – Meg Whitman email address

Christopher sent a message to Meg Whitman President and CEO, Hewlett-Packard Company – email address that said:

Dear Meg Whitman,

I presently manage the IT infrastructure for a company named Everett Collection where it is critical that we serve our clients diligently, efficiently, cordially, and accurately. To cut to the chase, we have a CASE number that has been open for over a month on a newly purchased HP MSA 2040 product that is still not put into service due to some sort of hardware of software failure. It is leased. Presently we are told it is with the DOA Team now and no one in the following list of names is giving any definitive ETA on the replacement of the whole unit for which we pay a good sum to be supported and serviced by HPE. This is a critical device in the running of our business. I apologize for having to go this route but any advice or direction you can give us will be greatly appreciated to get this resolved efficiently and quickly. All we have received from HPE has is one HPE person pointing to another. The HPE members involved are the following names:
'Tavakari, ' ; Nair, (GSD-CSC) ; Saha, ; 'Nolan, Lokesh ; KK, Joshi (CSCB-ESSN) ; DOA-RF Team .
The last person I have been getting the most communications from in a long thread of emails

Unfortunately, no one in the HP Enterprise division is giving him any ETA. We are basically paying a lease for a new HP product for the past couple of months for something we cannot even use. As a service provider myself, I would not tolerate this kind of customer relations toward my customers or clientel, where the customer is just sent in circles with not definitive goal or ETA. Please advise.

Thank you for your time as I'm sure yours is very valuable.

Cordially,

Christopher
