Dear Michael, as a customer of yours and someone that has flown with your company – Michael OLeary email address

Paul  sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Dear Michael, as a customer of yours and someone that has flown with your company on a number of occasions I am absolutely appalled at the sheer arrogance of your company. Your customer service is non existant and you make it very difficult if not impossible to contact anyone in your Head office. Having been promised a refund that would take 28 days, I am still waiting some 48 days later ? All I get from your customer service team is a bland letter to wait another 14 days and then write to them if it does not appear in my account ? I am sick and tired of trying to get to speak to someone or just get hold of someone that cares enough to check this out for me.

So my question to you as the CEO is do you really care about your customers ? You are very happy to take our money but when you mess up you make it as difficult as possible to claim a refund !
