dear michael, I am writing to you as I feel this complaint needs addressing.. On – Michael OLeary email address

Alison sent a message to Michael O'€™Leary CEO, Ryanair that said:

dear michael, I am writing to you as I feel this complaint needs addressing..
On my flight FR7543 Man on the 11 Dec 2015.
On our return from Barcelona my partner and I had seperate seats. As we were on honeymoon we went to information desk to see if we could get seats together. We were offered extra room seats together cost of 32 Euros. Not a problem and pleased to pay for seats together. What I don't like is two young girls who had seats together moved to extra leg room at no extra cost. When challenged to move back they told the Stuart that they were told they could sit there. I asked why they had not paid like everyone else in extra leg room. They were asked to move again not told they should move. The staff showed no discretion of my complaint. What are your staff trained for when they have two young girls telling them where they can sit. I hate to think I was in a life threading situation as your staff would not be able to sort this. Why should others pay and others get this service free. Your flight was very dirty also. I hope to hear what you think Mr O'Leary. Thank you Mrs Steingrueber
