Richard sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Michael,
I do not have access to such things as Twitter Facebook etc, and rarely write to anyone to complain about something.
However, as a regular flyer, i felt i must put pen to paper on this one occasion, and air my views to your good self (no pun intended).
I have always been an admirer of you and your lifestyle, and, similar to yourself, enjoyed living on a small farm in North Wales.
Now i am a 70 year old retired old dude living (happily) in Thailand, and just noticed a comment on yahoo news about 2 parties of drunks on one of you flights.
Incident below:
The violent incident happened on an Edinburgh to Alicante flight (Rex)
A 10-year-old child was hit on the head with a wine bottle by brawling drunk Ryanair passengers.
Witnesses said families were left cowering as two groups of boozed-up stag do yobs fought on a flight from Edinburgh to Alicante, Spain
A spokesman for Ryanair said: ‘We will not tolerate unruly or disruptive behaviour and the safety and comfort of our customers, crew and aircraft is our number one priority.’

MY Question to you Michael please:
HOW on earth (no pun intended) were these passengers allowed on a flight at all?
Why were they not refused access at the boarding/security-check gates?
Do you not think that this is the way forward, that everyone going on a flight should be breathalysed at checkin, and if failed, refused to fly, and escorted from the airport?
Kindest regards,
Richard
