Julie sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
Dear Michael I have just sent an email to your complaints department but I am also writing to you as I have no faith in getting a refund of 66.28 which I have respectfully asked for. I have flown with Ryanair for the past 13 years every summer and enjoying a holiday in Murcia, Spain. I believe that as a dedicated flyer of Ryanair (because I could have gone with Easyjet of course) that this credits me with some support for your company!! However, I was astonished tonight when attempting to book my annual holiday and this year was no exception as I didn't believe I was going to be able to go on holiday to lovely Murica having recently separated from my husband of 22 years. Nonetheless, there I was on the laptop booking the flights my my girlfriend and I. At the first attempt to book the flight at a cost of 661.28 I was timed out of your website because my credit card wouldn't process. In the 10 minutes it took me to punch in the data again there was a delay as your website recalculated the return flight cost and suddenly my second booking appeared as 728. If I didn't press confirm and book my holiday for the sum of 66.28 difference no sunshine in my life! I respectfully ask that I can obtain the 66.28 refund from Ryanair and I very much look forward to hearing from you. With kind regards Julie
